Haux haux Kambo warrior, it’s Jon here for Planet Kambo. I hope you’re keeping safe and well during lockdown, I’m very happy today because my Olympic rings arrived in the post.
So the Olympic rings are those things that you see gymnasts using during the Olympics, and it’s the workout that I normally do during the gym, but obviously the gyms are closed at the moment so I’ve been deprived for the last few weeks of using them, so I ordered my own set and set them up at home and they are fantastic. I did a workout today and I feel really, really good so I’ve also just popped out for a walk to get some fresh air and what I want to say is it’s really important you exercise and you keep moving. It’s very easy during this lockdown period to stay at home and do nothing, but it’s important you do some kind of exercise everyday, whether it’s yoga, going for a walk, doing some calisthenics, whatever it is you like to do, I would highly recommend the rings if you want to do something tough, right, Olympic rings, extremely challenging and coming from a background of weightlifting, which is what I used to do, you think you’ve built strength and then you get on the rings and realise, actually, you’re not as strong as you thought. It’s a very, very humbling experience, but you do build strength and the skill of using them quite quickly.

So really the message for this video is stay active, keep moving, do some form of exercise everyday, even if it’s going for a walk and I think you’ll find you’re going to feel a lot better. I don’t know about you, but I know when I don’t exercise I get a lot of stagnant energy in my body, I don’t feel good, my thinking gets fuzzy, I don’t feel clear and when I exercise I feel better so stay active and I will see all of you on Wednesday the 8th on the webinar.
