Haux haux Kambo warrior, it’s John here for Planet Kambo, I’m really pleased to say that I have got my groove back. What I’m talking about is meditation. Now I made another video about meditation a little while ago and I explained how it works and how it feels to me, but truth be told my meditation has been inconsistent for a long time, and what I’ve done is during this period of lockdown I’ve meditated consistently everyday multiple times a day, it’s been maybe three weeks or a month now and last night for the first time it really clicked and I reached that place, the place that I describe in the other video where the deep sleep that’s in the background all the time, that came forward and the objects in the foreground went into the background and it was wonderful, and I’d actually forgotten how good it feels.


And I did my half an hour meditation in the evening and it clicked, it was so good that when it finished I did another 15 minutes then I went up and had a shower and while I was in the shower I kept that meditation going and then when I came back downstairs I kept it going for another half an hour and then it was very easy to just kind of stay in that state.


What I realise is what takes me out of that state is social media and being on the computer, so last night in that evening once I’d done that meditation I didn’t use the computer for the rest of the night and it was very easy to maintain that state.


I meditated this morning and since then I’ve had to go on the computer to do some work. I wasn’t looking at social media but I’m juts doing work and already I can feel it’s taking me out. It’s taking me out of that state it’s putting me back in my head. So obviously we need to use technology, I need to use the computer for work but what’s important is you take time out to meditate. So having reached that state last night I’m going to tell you I’m going to keep it up, I’m going to be meditating multiple times a day going forward, I’m not going to let it slip as I have done, this is going to be an ongoing thing for me and already today I feel so different, my mind is calm it’s not agitated, it’s hard to explain but it’s juts this urge to keep wanting to do things and jump from one task to another, it’s gone and just being able to sit and relax and be at peace is truly wonderful.
