About The Event
** Please be esure to arrive on time. We will start promptly at 2pm. If you arrive after 2.15pm you will not be able to participate and you will forfeit the ticket cost.
** Please bring 2 x 2 litres of bottled water with you. It is not necessary or advised to drink large amounts of water in the morning before you come, just sip water as you would normally. Best to avoid coffee in the morning if possible.
** Come in a fasted state (at least 8 hours)
** Please bring a blanket and pillow if you'd like one.
